The hotel is dated. There are absolutely no usb ports. The staff for the most part were kind with the exception of the lady at the pool bar that accused my 74 yr old aunt of smoking marijuana after she was told by another worker that smoking was allowed in uncovered areas away from crowds. There were workers at the buffet resraurant that were awesome. Ache, Daniel, Nikolai, Tristan, but there were some that had attitudes because they had to serve a large group in the morning. If we wanted ice, each person had to ask. If you got a coffee you had to ask for milk and sugar. If you didnt ask you wasnt getting it. Im not sure if thats a policy but it was a little ridiculous. The BIRDS!!! There are birds in the buffet area. Pigeons to be exact and they will walk in the food table if you have food on your table. I had to get my spray bottle from my room to spray the birds. Everything goes in a book at the front desk. Everything handwritten. The pool is clean and warm. There is no atm on site. No US currency exchange at the hotel. You have to go to a bank or exchange currency at the airport. They have a cost efficient shop with nice items for purchase. The spa was great, thank you Andrea. The food is limited. My cousin asked about after hour places to get food and the front desk staff directed her to the gas station to get food. But then we were told not to go to the store or gas station late only in the day time and in groups. The beach is beautiful and my family really like colin
