Great location, walking distance to the train station and in a quiet area of the city. The rooms are comfortable, quiet and well appointed. Well furnished. Breakfast is good, if a bit pricey. The lobby area is perfect to take a break or get some work done.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The service was excellent from check in to bar staff working in the evening. The lobby and bar area are beautiful and it was a pleasure to relax there with a drink in the evenings. They also offer drink vouchers as an incentive to forego room cleaning, this was a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again next time we visit Heidelberg.

Loved it! Perfectly located near the train station but walkable to everything else. Clean, modern, spacious. Perfect 1st stop our trip from Alabama to Europe!

Hotel was clean and very comfortable we had a wonderful stay. The only negative was that the free WiFi didn’t work in the hotel and they tried to upcharge you to pay for premium WiFi.

Beautiful modern hotel just 15 minute walk to the centre. Staff was very kind and helpful. Underground hotel parking was a bonus. The breakfast was delicious with many items to choose from the buffet and or from the menu which was included with the breakfast. The air conditioning in the room was very good. Highly recommend this hotel!
