"Sobald wir ins Zimmer reingegangen sind, fielen uns folgende Dinge direkt auf: - Bart Stoppeln im Waschbecken und auf dem Regal daneben -Staub auf dem Spiegel, am Bettgestell, unter dem Bett und auf den Lampen. (Mein Asthma hat direkt angeschlagen) - (Finger-) abdrücke an der Balkontür - Schmutzige/Schmierige Spiegel - Haare auf dem Boden - Kleine Spinnen mit Eiern an der Decke - Klebrige Oberfläche auf der Mikrowelle - Spuren von Fäkalien in der Toilette - Übler Geruch aus dem Badezimmer-Lüftungsschacht - Staub unter dem Bett und ein Kassenbon vom 30. August (wird also nicht gründlich gesaugt) - Unklare gelbliche Flecken unter dem Waschbecken - Kein/Schlechtes WLAN - Braune nicht identifizierbare Flecken am Kopfteil des Bettes Mängel wurden an die Rezeption gegeben. Eine Rückerstattung wurde angeboten, wir wollten einfach nur eine Reinigung haben, weil sich damit unsere Probleme erledigt hätten. Als wir wieder im Zimmer waren, haben wir kaum eine Verbesserung gesehen, obwohl uns eine Reinigung zugesichert wurde. Zusätzlich liefen dann noch KAKERLAKEN und Käfer herum. Wir haben dann aufgegeben und haben beschlossen nicht noch eine Nacht dort zu bleiben. Obwohl uns eine Rückerstattung anfangs angeboten wurde, wird dies seitens des Hotels nicht mehr in Betracht gezogen. Dabei wollten wir noch nett sein und nicht direkt die Rückerstattung annehmen, sondern eine „zweite Chance“ geben. Hat nicht so geklappt, daher raten wir jedem davon ab, dort seinen Urlaub zu verbringen. "
