There were problems with the lock on the entry door; digital key never did work even after them resetting it and sending someone to replace the battery in it. Green light also did not usually flash; you just had to try and see if it was unlocked. Water was running in the toilet when I first entered the room but apparently the maid had not notified anyone of the issue.

The sunset and sunrise were beautiful from the 7th floor. The front desk staff were so friendly and Josue was very friendly and polite to us due to that morning we had to put our pet down. Josue was extremely helpful in making our stay great under these sad times, thank you Josue.

At 1am they evicted me from my room because I complained that there were hairs in the food I ordered for the room, food that I paid for, and because of my complaint about the food they called the police to have me vacate the hotel, and because I am in a relationship with a woman they were homophobic towards me and kicked us out of the hotel. Horrible hotel.

Hotel is right on the beach and every room has a ocean view. Rooms are spacious and clean. There were lots of dining options around the hotel too.
