What made me review this all inclusive property as a poor was the staff when dining. For me, Mexico typically has some of the best customer service at all inclusive resorts. But not at this resort, at this resort the staff always seemed rushed or like you were hassling them when asking for something else. I didn’t appreciate that. You shouldn’t feel like it’s a problem to ask for a couple bottles of water. I didn’t feel like I was staying at a quality all-inclusive resort

We love Izla Hotel, but this visit we had to ask several times for towels and washcloths. Reservation was for 4 people and was only stocked with two towels and when cleaned was only replenished with two towels and no washcloths. Would like the restaurant and pool menu to have few more options. Staff was friendly but didn’t go out of their way to provide extra assistance. Having said that we would stay at this hotel again.

All inclusive is not all inclusive, Ants in room and on bed, Service at dinner time is pretty bad, 45 minutes no service even when asking for service. ALL rooms are ocean view except the bottom floor, Sky lounge was nice but the drink bar was only open 1 day out of 5 we were there. Definitely bring your own soaps and shampoos

The all-inclusive wasn't the best. The onsite hotel Numa was not open, even though I emailed two days prior to check in and was assured that it would be. Yoga was unavailable, even though I emailed two days prior and was assured that it would be.This was my second stay, I enjoy my hot stone massage, the Izla Cafe but it may be my last stay.

The condensation problem in our room cause tye mirrors to stay fogged and the floors were so damp we were sliding. There were only 2 restaurant options the one Numa NEVER OPENED the other one had thr same menu breakfast lunch dinner from Tuesday-Friday. There were 3 treadmills in the gym that did not work. Nice place but very boring. Sky lounge bar never opened so i had to stay in the area with children at thr pool.

This Hotel is absolutely gorgeous, the staff is extremely friendly and the areas are very clan. I totally recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for something spectacular and affordable. We stayed there for our honeymoon and the hotel set up a beautiful bedroom with rose petals, everything was beautiful and our expectations were exceeded. Great job Izla Hotel, until next time.
