The AJWA Sultanahmet is a beautiful 5-star hotel located conveniently near the Grand Bazaar and Blue Mosque. The rooms are phenomenal and the staff is caring and attentive. The food is excellent and the spa is a nice place to unwind. Highly recommend!

The hotel is new and close to sultanahmet square and key historical sites in old instambul ( European side). Staff is wonderful and was always very polite and available to help. We stayed at the White House villa which is owned by the hotel and 10 min away by foot. They can provide transportation if needed. Villa is beautifully decorated and brand new as welll. Location of villa is not that close to hotel so important to coordinate by phone if you need any services done there. Great place for a group of 8 or 10 as they have 4 large bedrooms, can put roll over beds and there are many places in the house for get togethers including a second floor living room, a kitchen area and a typically decorated living room that looks into a private patio. Very good if you have kids who need space to hang out during the day while not touring.

The front desk and overall staff were excellent—very welcoming and helpful. The location is fantastic, with easy access to all the main attractions. If I had to nitpick, the rooftop restaurant staff in the evening felt somewhat judgmental, which was a contrast to the breakfast team who were young, friendly, and warm. It would be nice to have that same positive energy during the evening as well. Still, I would definitely come back and stay here again. I’d rate this hotel a 10/10.

Fabulous hotel! The staff could not have been more accommodating when we experienced a medical issue which caused extra work for several employees. They took such excellent care of us and helped to resolve the issue. Would love to stay here again. Fabulous views from the restaurant of the sea! Good food and great service!
