I booked this hotel based on the strong reputation of the Radisson Blu brand, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. This property is in desperate need of a full renovation and does not live up to the standards I would normally associate with the chain. At best, I would rate it a 2 star experience. The issues started with the facilities: • The bathrooms showed clear signs of neglect, with visible mould that made them feel unhygienic. • In the lobby, the roof was not just leaking momentarily—it appeared to be a long-standing flaw that the hotel had accepted as normal. For the four days I stayed, the problem remained, with water being collected in a plastic bucket that staff changed a couple of times. This is not what you expect from a so-called 5-star hotel. The service and dining experience were equally underwhelming: • Food service was extremely slow, with long waits even for simple orders. • Some of the meals we ordered appeared to have been made from leftovers, which was both disappointing and unappetising. • I also ordered a mojito, which turned out to be the worst I’ve ever had—poorly prepared and undrinkable. • To make matters worse, the reception staff were not hospitable and gave the impression that guests were an inconvenience rather than a priority. Overall, the hotel fell far below Radisson Blu’s reputation and what I would expect from a 5-star property. I would not recommend staying here

Overall, I rate this hotel 8.5 or 9.0 out of 10. Almost everything about this hotel is good or even amazing. Only a few items could be better or improved. I will mention those as following. Otherwise, I highly recommend this place for a good and relaxing stay. Since the hotel is close to a main street, if you open the room window, you hear the traffic other than the sound of waves of the Sea of Marmara. The rooms do not have ironing for cloths and you have to use their laundry services which are pretty expensive. The people who works at door and help guests with their luggages are barely capable to speak any languages other than Turkish. I thing it's better they can be trained for. In order to use the indoor swimming pool, it is mandatory to have swimming caps and they sell it for 5 euros each. I think if they have it free for each guest, that will be more convenient.

This hotel is good but could be great

The front desk team is excellent. The? Service and cleanliness of the restaurant , however, leaves a lot to be desired. The tables and table cards were sticky with crumbs. The staff does not offer drinks or refills. I ate at the restaurant twice and once there was nobody to seat me.Although there seems to be quite a bit of stuff.They spend a lot of time talkink instead of serving the guests.
