Seven Hills Palace & Spa offers 80 air-conditioned accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors, and features minibars and laptop-compatible safes. This individually decorated and furnished accommodation has separate sitting areas. Pillowtop beds feature Egyptian cotton sheets and premium bedding. 32-inch LED televisions come with cable channels. All round a decent place to stay with mostly families / older couples staying as guests during our time of visit. Location is close enough that the blue mosque / hagia sophia were only ~10 minutes away by walk. No problems with the actual hotel - was generally clean from what we could tell, albeit with somewhat outdated/old furniture and decor. Service was generally quite good and friendly, with most staff able to speak a basic level of English. Only issues we had during our 4-day stay were with the WiFi, which is in serious need of upgrading (depite staying right near reception); and one day our room wasn't cleaned/provided with fresh towels. But when we flagged this we were given fresh towels promptly. Lovely stay overall. Were I to return to Istanbul, I'd probably look to stay a little further North in Sultanahmet to be in closer proximity to other areas / make exploring a little easier

We had a fabulous time!! The staff were exceptional, the pool, food and the spa were all amazing! Every part from our trip from beginning to end was wonderful. They picked us up in a luxurious Mercedes-Benz, which looks like a van on the outside, but then it was a beautiful orange leather interior with a starlet roof. We arrived early in the morning hours, we shared the wonderful news about our engagement a week earlier, they gave us a fabulous upgrade. The breakfast was absolutely amazing! A huge variety of options to eat From! Definitely hoping to come back here when we come back to Istanbul!

Excellent!!!!!

The hotel is ideally located by the seaside, within walking distance of major attractions in Istanbul. Breakfast is included, and despite being complimentary, the variety and taste are excellent. All the staff greet guests with smiles and courtesy. After being disappointed with the service in Antalya, I was truly healed in Istanbul thanks to this hotel.

We stayed recently here and were happy overall with our stay. Pool was great …closed at 8pm…not too crowded … Breakfast was good overall…lots of breads and traditional Turkish breakfast…omelettes made to order …service was really good and were all friendly … I would like to thank two individuals particularly who made our stay comfortable …Joseph and I can’t for life of me remember the other guy at reception (had salt pepper hair) were very friendly … Location is about 15 minute walk to main sites which has some uphill walking to do …lots of stores and travel agencies on the way to the main sites Good hot water and pressure …ac was good …spacious room

Enjoyable stay and very convenient to many of the main attractions. Shopping and many eateries nearby. Arrived to a room which overlooked a building site so was offered a couple of choices for a room change which was very comfortable. Breakfast was very pleasant especially as there’s the option to sit outside on the restaurant terrace with sea views. Hope to return soon.

If you want to be in the middle of the old Istanbul within walking distance to 8 out of 10 top must see places in Istanbul you definitely need to stay at Seven Hills. Location is excellent. Water front views and awesome unique old Mediterranean look and great customer service. Breakfast was excellent and employees are super helpful and friendly.

The staff are very nice and accommodating, they will go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable. The rooms are wonderful and the pool and courtyard is gorgeous. Popular sights are only a 10 minute walk away, with plenty of food joints along the route. Would stay here again.
