Seven Hills Palace & Spa offers 80 air-conditioned accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors, and features minibars and laptop-compatible safes. This individually decorated and furnished accommodation has separate sitting areas. Pillowtop beds feature Egyptian cotton sheets and premium bedding. 32-inch LED televisions come with cable channels. It’s a boutique hotel. The remarkable thing about this property is its staff. Extremely friendly, smiling and helpful in particular bellmen and restaurant: Ömer, Mustafa, Joseph, Yigit and Ashraf. Rating them 5 stars is an understatement!

Beautiful room and very attentive staff. The hotel had clearly been designed and decorated in an aspirational and flamboyant style. It felt as though it was efficiently run and staff were all expected to maintain a standard. My room was clean and the breakfast was tremendous. There was a sense of upselling with tours and guides, but this was not heavily pushed. Interesting neighbourhood behind hotel and easily walkable to main attractions

The staff were lovely and helpful. The cleaner of our room and Tugba in the dining area are worthy of special mention. We loved the pool area and the convenience to walk to the pool area. The drinks prices was very high compared to the locality. A real shame as we would have loved to come back and have a drink by the pool

Immaculate property, extremely clean rooms and hotel, staff were too notch and incredibly! Every single staff we encountered went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed or wanted. Cleaning staff were prestine. Breakfast buffet was huge! There were like 40 different options, fresh orange juice and lemonade daily, coffee machines with options for expresso, hot chocolate, and cappucino in addition to coffee. Next trip back to Istanbul, this is the only place I would ever stay at. The staff is what makes this place incredible, the owner of this hotel is very lucky to have such dedicated, hard working, and passionate staff to ensure patrons stays are fantastic.

Thoroughly enjoyable stay in the lovely hotel. The pool was fab, room more than adequate and the location was excellent. Great breakfast! A couple of staff were a bit pushy, and there was confusion about whether food could be put on a tab or not, resulting in unnecessary discussions and delays in ordering. Stay clear of the wine in the bar. Would definitely stay again and recommend it.

It’s like a luxury hotel in a perfect location among a lot of smaller hotels. Its location is perfect for going to historic sites, but there are tons of other hotels in the area too. What’s great about it is the quality of its rooms, the pool, the atmosphere, and the wonderful staff who speak perfect English. The rooms are spacious and clean. They are well decorated. There is a free breakfast buffet with pastry and good bread, fruits, eggs, omelette, and my favorite, a large honey comb. Their lunch and dinner menu is also quite good. They have a terrace that looks over the Bosporus. We were a family of 4 with two teenagers who met other family members (singles and couples and elderly) and everyone loved the hotel. For comparison purposes, we usually stay at Hilton and Marriott hotels. They booked private guided city tours for us, which was really great. We ended up splitting the tour into 2 days. This stay was really special.
