My bathroom water doesn’t flow consistently. The temperature keeps changing on its own it suddenly becomes either too hot or too cold. Because of this, the water gets extremely hot while I’m showering, and I slipped and hurt my foot.

The front desk staff went above and beyond to get us into our room after they had to deal with a city water shutoff. We got into our room and it was an upgrade..surprise for sure! This is our go to hotel when we are in Kelowna for a concert. Room is always clean, breakfast included and it's an easy Uber ride to the warerfrint.

The people at front desk were super friendly and attentive. The room was spotless. They were able to accommodate a change in rooms and even had a voucher to eat at Rickis for our stay. (FYI voucher only accounted for $9.99 anything over will be at your own cost) it was a quiet area even though our room faced the busy street, there wasnt anything wrong with our stay. Definitely be coming back to stay with Accent Inn in the summer to take advantage of the free bike rentals👍

Staff only excellent! Lobby was inviting. My room was fun with a hilarious duckie guy and some fun sayings. Just other guests need to be told to simmer down for others and to have more signage up. The outside is getitng so old and dirty and needs a ton of TLC big time or this would gain 4.5 stars easily. Too many scuff marks everywhere up the stairs etc and just a super power washing needed everywhere and yes I considered the winter time!

Team was great. At check-in the man took so much care into getting us a good room. Appreciated all the little things like the Lifesavers and the rubber ducky. When businesses pay attention to details like that, you have confidence that other things have been taken care of.
