This property was advertised as adults only and when we got there we saw many children on the property, in the pool, etc. I finally went o the front desk and asked why and was informed the policy changed March 1 but advertising and web site did not. Talk about deceptive advertising!! I I booked this property for that reason only to be deceived. Not happy at all. In addition, the doors in the bathroom had clearly been damaged by flood and most of the flooring in the room wasn’t even attached to the sub floor. We won’t be back.

We stayed for 6 nights on May PROs- Loved the Cuban theme throughout the resort The young man who checked us in was very good- I wish I had gotten his name The pool was fantastic- the temp was perfect, as was the atmosphere The location was ideal for us- it was super close to everything but far enough to be a serene spot CONs- The bartenders were there to rip you off- every time my husband went to the bar it was a different price. We can only assume that someone is ripping off the owners. We think that if you order a drink at the bar, it should be the same price each time. Don't you think? It is advertised as an ADULT-ONLY RESORT. But apparently it is NOT because every day that we were there, there were kids in the pool. You can't advertise- adults only- and have kids there. Room service was extremely spotty, to say the least. The last few days we were there, we didn't get room service until after 6 pm, and we only got a few towels. The hot tub was out of service- it was hot but there were no jets at all. We told the staff and they said that they were aware of it but.. So, that being said, would I stay there again? probably not FYI- The food truck also serves the Tapas restaurant

The pool & grounds are amazing! Great vibe. However, beds are uncomfortable, rooms are in dire need of fixing, and it's noisy until 11pm full blast latino music. Also the staff was awful, they gave away my room even though I prepaid for 4 nights and didn't have another similar room - I spent over an hour of my time talking to the manager and expedia to figure out how to solve the issue. The front desk girl was soooo rude and unhelpful. I wish this place had better rooms and a better staff, because then it would be incredible. But it was just so-so due to all these issues.

The room was a disappointment. Tihht quarters. 24" wide closet. 3 very small (18"? Wide) drawers. Two for my wife which meant other than shirts, all my clothes were stacked in one drawer. Should be called mostly adult, not all adult facility as there were children 2 years old to 12 years old throughout our one week stay. But I still give a 4. The shuttle is very convenient. The staff was pleasant and attentive. Two need called out by name for exceptional customer service. Daniel, a new employee at front desk and Lana a server at the Floridita food truck. They couldn't have been more friendly, professional and helpful. We are dinners out but ate breakfast at the resort because of Lana.

Great, affordable option if you don't want/need to be close to Duval St. The shuffle bus and rideshares made getting around easy. Hotel has nice decor and in good shape. The pool could use a little more regular sprucing up on heavy use days and a couple small maintenance issues in the room. However the staff were all responsive and helpful. I appreciated the daily text messages with updates on activities at the hotel and other useful info. There is a Publix a few minutes walk away for any in-room snacks or forgotten toiletries. For the price, this was an excellent deal.

The property was beautiful, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was very comfortable. The food and drinks at the bar were also really good. My only complaint was that the DJ at the pool was a little too loud. Overall, a really nice place to stay

We truly enjoyed our stay at Havana Cabana. We appreciated the fact that the resort was adult only, especially being parents to 7 children. It was very relaxing and the staff were phenomenal all the way around!! We will definitely come back to stay. I don’t believe it’s adults only now, so that may damper a faster return, but we will return to this property for sure!

My stay at the hotel was mixed. The staff is friendly and the shuttle service is very good. We heard a dog barking from the room next door for hours during the day but the room was pretty quite at night. The beds are not very comfortable and the room was clean when we arrived but not cleaned very well while we were there. It is not adult only. The pool area is quite nice but the loud DJ was a negative for me (but clearly not for other people).

Miki, the concierge, was amazing. she helped arrange all our day trips. she is a lovely person and extremely helpful. the food was good. the only thing was that we booked the hotel we had the understanding that it was adult only. when we arrived we found out that they changed their policy. so it was nice and quiet first couple of days then a family ariived and changed the vibe of the place. overall great hotel
