The room was comfortable and clean. Our bathroom was small but we managed. The staff is very nice the the restaurant on site - The Stoned Crab- was very good. Continental breakfast was lacking some imagination but over all a nice place to stay.

El baño de la habitación no estaba limpio. Había cabellos por todos lados. El desayuno estaba perfecto, para ser continental estaba bien completo en especial es el primer hotel que visito , que ofrece los huevos hervidos calientes . Pero si recomiendo sobre todo para los que viajamos con niños tener alguna otra distracción quizás algo como mesa de tenis ect. Pues solo hay piscina

This place was pretty average all around, especially considering how well of a rating it is. Our first room had termites in it and those bugs were visible around the room. We asked to be moved to another room and that one was fine. The property just isn't in good condition all around with some things just really Being in rough shape. Being right on the water was nice and the location was ok, though there's not really a bad location in key west.

We stayed here for a week for our honeymoon and really enjoyed it. We had a beautiful beach view in the back of the hotel room with chairs and hammocks to chill on. We loved interacting with the tortoises and parrots. The hotel is close (5-10' walk) to several groceries stores (Publix and Winn-Dixie) as well as restaurants (local and chain). Downsides are: non-swimmable beach, limited choice breakfast, and 2-mile distance from downtown where all the attractions are. If you enjoy a more peaceful and relaxing place, you gonna like it here.

Liebevoll eingerichtete Räume und schöne Aussenanlage. Der Pool könnte eine Reinigung vertragen, trotzdem haben wir den Aufenthalt genossen.

PROS -Quiet -Loved the animals -Bed was comfy -Easy check-in/out -Staff was very nice/accommodating CONS -Lobby is not ADA compliant; you have to carry your luggage up the stairs -No shuttle available -Amenities such as a microwave, iron, ironing board and extra towels had to be requested then brought to the room but they should already be in the room -Towels had stains on them -Rooms have no full length mirror -Shower was dirty (debris/other people's hair) and clogged about 3 minutes after turning on water -Room slightly smelled of mildew -Room decor was dated -Chairs for eating tables in room were hard/not comfy We will not be back; price does not reflect value/amenities/cleanliness.
