Das Hotel wird derzeit umgebaut. Erhebliche Lärmbelästigung im gesamten Hotel durch Presslufthämmer und Bohrmaschinen. Klimaanlagen im gesamten 5. Stock außer Funktion bei 27 Grad heißem Sommerwetter. WLAN praktisch unbrauchbar. Serviceeinrichtungen sind Baustellen. Auf die Baumaßnahmen hat weder Expedia noch das Hotel bei Buchung oder späterer Kommunikation hingewiesen. Nicht empfehlenswert bis Abschluss der Bauarbeiten"

"Check-in bei unhöflicher Mitarbeiterin, Zimmer nicht fertig, Zimmer nicht ausreichend bestückt (Handtücher, Duschgel leer, Seife leer, Boden schmutzig), zur Strasse sehr laut, Rezeption konnte keinerlei Fragen oder Hilfestellung geben (wo fährt der Bus zum Flughafen ab?). Leider ist das Hotel überhaupt nicht zum empfehlen!"
