Large dining-living room, table for 8, fire place, stereo, kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer, coffee machine (Nespresso), 3 double rooms with queen size bed (180 x 200 cm), 1 double room with single beds and 2 more trundle beds (total 4), 1 extra room to keep for the property. 2 bathrooms. 1 cellar with washing machine, dryer machine, freezer, shelves, etc. 2 exterior, not cover parking places. Balcony on the first floor with tables. The two parking spaces are next to the garage and are labeled. Please do not park under the roof of the garage, as the garage must be accessible to the owners of the apartments at all times and the garage door can be opened. If you need another parking space, you can park your third car in the village in the public car park "Brüggmatte", which is free of charge in summer and subject to a charge in winter. Public transport included in the Simmental and Saanenland with the SIMMENTAL CARD: Overnight guests in the Lenk-Simmental holiday region travel free of charge on public transport for excursions with a valid guest card.
