The Residence is a modernly designed building, designed to provide maximum comfort in an elegant environment.

Located in a quiet position but not far from the centre, it offers its guests the opportunity to combine a relaxing holiday with entertainment and good food. It has 48 flats, including 2 for the disabled, which are completely soundproofed, and a reception desk available to provide guests with information and suggestions.

A two-room apartment, inward-facing and spanning around 45 m2, may be situated on either the ground floor or the first floor. It comprises a double bedroom, a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette containing an oven and dishwasher, and a double sofa bed. The apartment is equipped with a bathroom featuring a shower, as well as amenities such as a direct dial telephone, hairdryer, safe, satellite TV, air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, and a microwave available upon request for an additional fee.
