Très grosse déception sur la maison : - Piscine pas du tout entretenue pendant notre séjour et vraiment sale. - Cafetières hors d'usage. - Un seul trousseau de clés fourni pour sept adultes présents. - Un cadeau de bienvenue sous forme de deux petits sacs en carton contenant un rouleau de papier toilette et un échantillon de liquide vaisselle (!). - A notre arrivée, l'agence LagoVacanze nous a réclamé plusieurs centaines d'euros en liquide sans explication. - Un rendez-vous a été fixé avec cette agence le lendemain de notre arrivée mais personne n'est venu ! - Dix jours après notre départ, l'agence LagoVacanze nous a envoyé un message pour nous dire qu'elle prélevait le dépôt de garantie à cause d'un petit trou dans la toile d'un parasol (trou déjà présent à notre arrivée) : lamentable, d'autant qu'aucun état des lieux n'a été effectué, ni à l'arrivée ni au départ. - Absence de télécommande pour la clim dans chaque chambre. - Un volet coincé dans une chambre à notre arrivée. - Une douche bouchée à notre arrivée. Sinon : La région est belle et nous avons pu visiter de très jolies petites villes pleines de charme et très riches d'un point de vue culturel (Brescia, Mantova, Vérone, Bergame, Modène...). Bon resto juste à côté de la maison. Possibilité de faire des courses à proximité. En résumé, la région est jolie mais la maison ne vaut pas du tout son prix (très élevé) et elle est à éviter s'il faut passer par l'agence LagoVacanze.
