We booked for two nights and only stayed for one night!!! Not the south beach experience we were expecting by staying at your hotel. Our first night while sleeping we were all freezing, the kids had to wear hoodies and sweats to bed , nobody slept at all. I get it we are in Miami and temperature was not what we hoped for but that’s mother nature . But not to have an option in the room to turn on a little heat was unacceptable. The lady said we could give to a space heater, I said to her that is not a safe application to use as it’s a safety hazard. Not only that, no privacy in the washroom, anyone can see you having a s**t !!!!! and hotel is in need of major upgrades. This has been my worst experience ever staying in any hotel. Costumer service was horrible , I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Unfortunately, the pictures were nothing like the actual room. The room was dirty and unkept. The doors on the shower did not shut due to rust and build up, and mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. There was not enough towels and pillows for the four people staying in the room. The phone line did not work, and when asking the front desk about this, they said that the phones on the 3rd floor don’t work and “they’re working on it”. Also, the online website phone number to reach the front desk was out of service so there was no way to get help if needed. Also, the room’s fan was dirty and caked on with an inch of dust. There were wires sticking out of the wall where the smoke detector was supposed to be - no smoke detectors found in the room. We felt unsafe during our stay and would never recommend this place to anyone. Very disappointed for the price we payed.

There were hidden resort fees. The toilet didn't flush properly. The door didn't lock properly. The room telephone didn't work. Management refused to give us a new room and didn't give us a promised credit. The room was clean and the location is ideal.

Bathroom was under stocked. It was very noisey. You can hear thru the walls. The restaurant at the hotel was very good and you get a discount if staying there. The park along ocean drive is very nice.
