Kind of a dump really. We are renovating our condo in Aventura and also came down for the CFP championship game, decided to stay here. First room was kind of beat up, the toilet flush handle was wonky, the toilet didn’t flush great, the faucet was either on or off and for the first two nights, we kept hearing this techno music beat outside the room. Fortunately, I elected to change rooms to go to the other side of the hotel and get a higher floor and the front desk attendant was very courteous and took care of the switch right away for us. The only issue is that the rooms on the pool side of the hotel are two double beds only and the king bed rooms are on the noisy side of the hotel. Don’t think we will stay here again, hopefully won’t need to anyways.

The room was clean and fine, however, I can hear high base music until past midnight. I am not sure if it was someone at the hotel or coming from the outside. The music picked back up around 8 am.

Our 5-night stay was just average. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was noisy with outdoor traffic and music which made it impossible to get a good night rest. The hotel is old and in need of some timely update.
