The pool had only 2 lounge chairs and they were both broken. They charged us 9ver $12 for a cup of coffee and piece of toast. The bartender was not very friendly at all and the people at the seat were not friendly or accommodating in anyway. We paid $ 150 for one night and & 350 for another night . Definitely was not a $350 a night hotel

Nice guy at check-in but tub dirty with several hairs in it , only one guy at front desk so too busy to answer phone, had to go down and ask if tub could be cleaned or please give a new room (maid came after a while… then TV did not turn on, no answer at front desk so back down elevator to front desk, man at desk called engineer, but after 20 min of waiting for him, he found out the engineer had gone home. Then asked for a wake-up call at 6am to catch flight, front desk guy repeated time and room number but the wake up call mever happened and MISSED OUT FLIGHT! Front desk said there was no record of a request for a wake up call. What a complete disaster. We are going to see if manager can make this right for us, for as it stands we’ll never return to this very sub-par operation.

Room was misrepresented, reserved a suite/king and was charged and put in a king rm. The room cleanliness was ok - less than expected for the Sonesta brand. We just left a Sonesta Hotel that was spectacular- now I’m conflicted and probably will not stay in a Sonesta Hotel again. Pillows were fantastic. Bed comfort - fantastic. Coffee/Tea only available in your room. Nothing in Libby for guests - very disappointed. Bathroom- amenities were ok. Nothing great. Hairdryer- thankful there was one but not impressed. Staff - ok. The cleaning supplies- I’m not sure what they used for cleaning. But it smells great.

Room was not very clean. Bathroom and carpets needed attention. Adjoining room had a very noisy party making it impossible to sleep. Desk staff said we did not get breakfast with room. No decaf coffee in restaurant. Not a great experience. Thought it would be better based on reviews. We were only in hotel for 8 hours hoping for rest before traveling on but that didn’t happen. Will not stay again or recommend.
