Hotel posizionato in una zona molto comoda, vicina alla stazione e in pieno centro. Esterni e hall molto ben curati. Presentava invece qualche difetto la camera (singola): niente di particolarmente grave, ma non mi è parsa all'altezza degli standard di in 4 stelle (polvere sulle pareti della doccia, angoli e imposte un po' usurati, odore non troppo gradevole, scolo del terrazzino da sostituire, così come la luce esterna)... Nel complesso è stato comunque un soggiorno positivo, grazie ad una buona colazione e allo staff particolarmente cortese e professionale.

When I read the reviews they were all good but it was somewhat misleading. The hotel was not nice in my opinion. The rooms were so small you couldn’t really walk around and there was mold in our shower I took a picture to prove it. They said the hotel was renovated and newer but the room did not look like it was. We left the next day and checked into another hotel

Positives - Friendly reception staff, modern furnishings, comfortable bed, good shower and quiet effective air conditioning. Negatives - room smelt of cigarette smoke and would have preferred the option of a non-smoking room but this option wasn't available on the expedia website

The staff was very friendly and informative,the area was perfect as metro and public transport was nearby to travel around.also shops, cafes, restaurants, were all close by. Duomo di Milano was only 4 stops away on underground from hotel.

Location was very close to the red line metro station Lima which was great for getting around. Only 4 stops from duomo and other places also close by. Reception staff Rosa was so helpful in advising where to go etc and she also arranged our tickets to the serraville outlet. Also arranged for breakfast on the day we were leaving in the lobby area as we were leaving before breakfast commenced, The sewerage smell in the room was bad everytime the taps and flush were used. We had a suite but due to the hotel having limited staff, had to keep the sofa bed open all the time which was not ideal as kept coming in the way. Also very less storage space for a suite room
