Check in was very long, and the ladies at the front desk, were not even trying to check people in. There were 3 of them, and only 1 actually checking people in. The room (in the Tower) was spacious, but had a kind of cold feel to it. Also needs some updating.

Property is close and convenient to the parks. Lobby was nice and plenty to do for the kids. Unfortunately, our room was not clean. Bathroom moldy and stained. Room dusty. Unfortunately, my nephew’s allergies acted up as soon as he walked into the room. My mistake was not requesting another room.

The rooms are nice and its a clean property all around, but they need to work on their wifi because its not stable and it didnt reach the full area of the hotel and also its free for everyone when it should be restricted to hotel staff and guests. And also the beds have bedbugs they need to do something about that as well.

I give the photographer 5 stars for making this motel look like a nice hotel. Bathrooms are dirty and creepy. No elevators. Homeless people on the property. The lobby was the nicest part of the hotel. Definitely not a property for families, more like overnight stays for truckers. The pictures we're extremely deceiving, i walked in and walked out, no way would i stay there with my family, not safe.

The property advertised as a RESORT is definitely NOT by far. A resort does not have you walk up to a motel style room. The room was damp, the bathroom clearly has mold and mitigation was covered up with paint. The paint was now peeling and the dampness coming out. I took pictures. Huge disappointment for a Wyndham “resort” property. The next morning the clothes in the suitcase was damp. Horrible. I should be compensated with a refund.

Good location. All areas were very clean. Check in was easy and fast. Staff was great and attended all my requests. The pool and bar were great. I tried variety of snacks/ food were ok. It has free parking!!! Safety box in my room was not working, so didn’t use it. The pool bar lacked ingredients for some regular drinks ( so not so happy there), but overall the hotel is great for the price I pay. Will definitely recommend !!!

If you're looking for a budget-friendly option in the park area, this hotel is a great choice. You can easily walk to many nearby attractions, and they even offer transportation to the parks if you book it in advance. The convenience is fantastic, with a couple of on-site cafes for your basic needs and plenty of restaurants just around the corner. The reason I’m not giving a perfect score is that during our 3-night stay, the housekeeping service was lacking. Not once did they come to make the beds or change the towels—we had to request fresh towels directly from the cleaning staff each time. Overall, the location and amenities are excellent for the price, but the housekeeping could definitely use improvement

Our room smelled like Marijuana and cigarettes the whole time. Our first night we had to listen to people yelling and physically fighting outside our room in the middle of the night. It did not feel safe traveling with children. The lobby and pool are nice but the buildings the rooms are in are not. I would not recommend this hotel.
