We were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary and had kindly requested a small Valentine’s detail. Sadly, nothing was arranged. Considering how beautifully Paris embraces Valentine’s Day, it was surprising and disappointing to see no festive touch at the hotel , not even a single rose in the lobby. The location is excellent, but the lack of attention to special occasions made the experience feel impersonal. For that reason, we would not return.

Our experience at La Clef Tour Eiffel was absolutely magnificent. The property is beautiful, elegant, and extremely safe, with an excellent location just minutes from Trocadéro, the Eiffel Tower, and the Arc de Triomphe. It’s perfect for walking and enjoying Paris with ease. The room was incredibly spacious, private, and comfortable. You truly find everything you need — from bathrobes and slippers to a toothbrush, shaving cream, razor, and hair dryer. You don’t have to worry about bringing anything. The suite also includes a washer and dryer, stove, and refrigerator… although I have to admit, I didn’t cook once 😂. The service was 100/100. The staff was exceptionally kind, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. We would absolutely stay here again. A perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and unbeatable location in Paris.
On my birthday, I felt pure gratitude and fulfillment, and the quiet pride of choosing this hotel to celebrate such a special moment — exactly where I once dreamed of being 🤍🇫🇷

I have stayed at La Clef in several Paris locations in the past and always had a positive experience. Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing. The room appeared to be recently remodeled with low-quality tiles and cheap finishes, which was a significant downgrade from my previous stays. When I raised my concerns and explained that I had experienced much better rooms before, no effort was made to accommodate or change my room. Sadly, this experience has led me to decide that I will not be returning to La Clef.

We stayed at this hotel, which is advertised as a high-end property. We booked and paid for three people in a one-bedroom apartment with a sofa bed. However, for the first two days, all the supplies (towels, toiletries, etc.) were only provided for two people. After we complained, we finally received supplies for three on the third day. On the fourth day, even though we had the “Please Clean Room” sign on the door, no one came to clean. We reported it to the front desk, and someone eventually came, but we had to wait in the lobby for about 45 minutes while they cleaned. The next day, the same thing happened — when we returned to the hotel around 3:30 p.m., the room still hadn’t been cleaned despite the sign being up. We called the lobby again and had to wait another 30 minutes. I travel frequently, and this is the only hotel where I’ve experienced such poor housekeeping. Very disappointing for a hotel that claims to be high-end.
