Stay- 4 days Excellent Hotel & Excellent Hospitality. The food was fantastic & the staff superb. The Reception staff were all professional , pleasant & helpful. The staff throughout the hotel were extremely efficient, friendly & courteous. Even the parking is well organized. It was lovely to see the Hotel Director making his rounds to see whether all was well. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. It’s well worth to enjoy all it has to offer. 5 star treatment. My wife & I are looking forward to our next stay anxiously 😊 Family- Fernando

Getrennte Bereiche im Wellnessbereich. Entweder ist der Saunahereich ein Nacktbereich oder ein Textilbereich.

The Kronenhof is a magical place. It’s truly a magnificent Belle Epoque Hotel in the Mountains. Restored to perfection and beautifully decorated. We really enjoyed our time in Pontresina and the Kronenhof. From the elegant dining to the beautiful Spa. We will definitely come back to this place. Surprise Management / Special Occasions: We were celebrating our 30th Birthday in the hotel. Our father arranged the day before with the reception a Spa Treatment. It should have been a surprise. However, we were not informed by the staff about that gift. Our dad called us on our Birthday and asked us: « How we like the treatments that he chose for us? » Since we didn’t know anything about it, we were a bit confused and my dad became upset. Since he highlighted the importance to the Kronenhof Staff. I went during breakfast to the reception and tried to understand the situation. I received the answer: « You should contact the Spa ». Since I was in the middle of eating it was not an option. After a while the reception started to understand the situation and made the outmost to rearrange the appointments. Improvement Advice to Kronenhof: Since you have a lot of guets that celebrate anniversaries or birthdays in your hotel. I would personally suggest you to put more focus on that and when something goes wrong at least offer a glass of champagne or tea time. I honestly felt a bit stressed that morning. Rearranging my plans last minute.
