"The room was terrible and need's renovation urgent. A Heating like in the 70th. The included breakfast is like in B&B Hotel, if the guest wants omlett must pay 9CHF. And in the room was a cockeroach which my dog tried to eat. The staff was OK. The fasade looks like the houses in communism. I would recomment this location with 6,0. "

"Positiv: Die Lage des Hotels ist phantastisch, direkt am See. Bestes und freundliches Personal, das Hotel ist in gutem und sauberen Zustand. Es ist eine alte Villa mit sehr gutem Komfort Negativ: wir hatten im obersten Geschoss ein sehr kleines Zimmer, nur mit einem sehr kleinen Fenster zur Strasse. Dafür war der Preis aber zu hoch. Dennoch ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel "
