Adoni went on and beyond to make sure we have everything we needed, booked all restaurants for , introduced to Expedia representative and even booked transportation for us for the airport. Great entertainment at night and during the day at the pool. Great customer service from all the employees. My favorites are Angela whom I see as a future manager of the property or restaurant and we also liked Joan aka Vanya from Score Bar.

The hotel was beautiful overall. Adoni and the staff made this experience much better, handling issues that occurred very quickly and by taking care of all of our requests. We would recommend this hotel to anyone mainly for the staff and concierge service. There were other issues that weren’t ideal but they were handled so well by the staff.

I love the vibe team amazing and friendly victor is very good and helpful. All the bar staff are lovely and helpful and nice. The room we got given was not great but got moved much cleaner and nicer. But alarm going off every night is not the best when you’re away and trying to rest. And reception not helpful really with this. To book in restaurants is a nightmare. But food in buffet is lovely.

The property is beautiful and very spacious, however, the food absolutely sucks (coming from a Dominican who lives in Miami). The food was very bland and they only served American food? There was not one restaurant that was serving authentic Dominican food, not even at the buffet. Furthermore, every single restaurant requires a reservation and if you miss it…good luck eating at all. The only option you’ll have is room service, which takes forever and is basically cardboard. The service was great and hospitality was there, but who wants to pay for an all-inclusive when the food is atrocious.
