This resort was nice and had fun activities, I was disappointed because I had chosen the room with a king bed option, but was told you can get if it’s available. I was placed on list for a transfer, if one opens up but did not hear anything about it. Room was cleaned everyday well, but sometimes they forgot to put trash bags on the barrel. They were really good about stocking the fridge with snack and drinks how it was advertised. I did enjoy the scenery and pool and beach were nice. The diamond package did not seem necessary to book, but was nice to have a butler. The butler experience could improve or be more interactive. At first it was more we had to reach out to the butler, but in the end the butler reached out more about property activities or restaurants. Unfortunately, we did go on excursions so did not fully experience the butler as I would have wished to. Food was good, nothing crazy but not terrible. Also the beach towels do run out quick in the morning which was a little annoying. We would go from one station to another station to find out they didn’t have any. Luckily, I didn’t mind to much because I like to be in the water. I enjoyed the pool activities and night shows/performances they were super fun. The ice cream spot they had was amazing the flavors! This resort had awesome staff members and I would return to the resort but without paying the diamond package as it did not seem necessary. The resort had plenty of activities you don’t want to leave!
