Hotel is smashing. Very beautiful architecture. Great butler service to attend every needs in great details. Terrace of ocean view in Castle is delightful. Food in Steakhouse is highly recommended. Andalusian style bar is beautiful w sometimes live music. Service is amazing despite many gusts. Special thanks to my butler Camacho who helped us above and beyond. Never forget anything w great details. Other special thanks go to Danny Castillo of Steak house, Quillio of Italian restaurant, Janet of Spa and Keila of beach pool attendant for exceptionally great service. Made my holiday special. One must bring beach shoes and swim with them since there are rocks and pebbles on Beach. Beautiful white sand beach. I will go back there happily again

Rooms were good. Staff was great. Certain staff need to be more trained where they have the town. And front desk needs to have a better attitude well checking out. I got charge for a meal I had in the town which got charged to my room when I left cash on the table at the restaurant. The front desk people maybe the guy thought it was tip. I’m like the waiter never made it clear to me that this would get charged to my room. The front desk said they would find out what happened and get back to me and if the waiter declines the story they will charge my card. Which is what happened. I did not appreciate that.

Our stay at Sanctuary Cap Cana was great and very relaxing. We stayed in the Castle, and while the first room we were given had a stunning view, it needed some TLC. The room felt musty, and the bathroom AC was leaking. We informed Hector, our butler, and he immediately took care of the situation. Thanks to Hector’s quick action, we were moved the next day to another room, which we absolutely loved. Hector was truly outstanding—attentive, proactive, and genuinely committed to making our stay perfect. His service made a significant difference and greatly enhanced our experience. We would also like to recognize Juan, who took excellent care of us at both Blue Marlin and the Wok Restaurant, and Oscar, our pool server, who consistently provided friendly and attentive service. We previously stayed at Sanctuary Cap Cana in January 2023, and at that time the food and entertainment felt stronger. While the food and drinks were just ok this time, there is room to elevate it further to better match the luxury level of the resort. Additionally, updating the main pool music with a more modern, island-inspired playlist would greatly improve the overall atmosphere, as the current selection felt somewhat outdated. Overall, a very enjoyable and relaxing stay, thanks especially to the exceptional service—particularly from Hector.

The room was spacious and clean. (Although the cleaning staff did attempt to steal my iphone charger)... The food was "average" except the Wok Restaurant, which was great! The grounds, the pool layouts, and the beach were so beautiful. The pool was too cold though.. Above all, the service was excellent! Always someone asking and watching for anything you might need. (Except the checkin process was exceptionally time consuming and not streamlined.)

The room was spectacular and staff at front desk and restaurants and some of the bars were very friendly and accommodating.

Room and staff were great... not a good beach, prices were high and New Years Main Band was Aweful!!! The Sax player was tremendous👍 New Years food was sub par

Staff were amazing- friendly and helpful! Nancy was the best housekeeper. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel. You can find properties with better food, but probably not at this price point.
