Disgusting

We go to Reno every Labor Day Weekend and this is by far the worst hotel room we ever had. We paid an extra $60 to "upgrade" from the Sky Tower to the North tower in Circus Circus and that was a terrible decision. The linens were cleaned, but besides that the room was disgusting. My wife found nail clippings on the bathroom counter, hair on the toilet when you raised the seat up, mold on the ceiling and wall paper peeling throughout the rooms. The faucet handle in the bathroom came off when I was about to shower as well. Definitely not staying in the North tower ever again.

This place is old and it shows it. Although they tried to make the rooms look better, it still needs to be completely renovated. Bathtub didn’t drain fast enough and you had to stand in 6” of water if you showered. Mattress was old and felt like I was back in a college dorm room.

This is one of 3 hotels in a row. It was clean and met our needs although a microwave would have been helpful. You can order food from a lot of different places right at the property. We weren't there at the right time to see it, but there is a circus you can see!0
