Nice, tastefully decorated, luxury pool property, with A/C in every room, sauna and hamam, wine fridge, ice maker, ..In a very quiet quarter. 3 minutes walking to the beach Gireliers and a few minutes more to the village center, shops and it's farmers market, the port and it's night life.... 17 km from Saint Tropez. Ferry boat to take you there in 15/20mn.
Water activities nearby. In the heart of the French Riviera. Garden with 'petanque' game setting and extra large deck. Baby-foot game on the terrace,...and much more to spend unforgettable vacations with the whole family.
And for those loving a warm pool, heating is provided on request from 1st May until 30 September depending a little bit on weather conditions.

Summer 2025

The villa is amazing with some small areas where it could be perfect but it was among the top two we have stayed at. The layout of the villa with the large terrace and seating are is perfect and the pool is simply wonderful.The small negatives are the kitchen layout is a bit small for the villa and cosy when you have five teenagers and young adults all making lunch at the same time AND that there is no freezer upstairs.The only other point to note is that it was a lovely gesture to have a cold bottle of rose, a bottle of water would have been an added plus.Les Isambres is a lovely place with all you need for beaches, restaurants, water sports and shops. Thank you Micheal for being a great host and for solving the queries about where the pool lights were switched on and off from!An amazing 14 days and veyr sad to be home

Did not disappoint

I do a lot of Vrbo's and there's always that little bit of doubt in your mind when visiting a property for the first time. This property did not disappoint, it was fabulous. Great home away from home for friends and families to get together. Pool was definitely the highlight, thank you Michael for warming it up for us ... it was perfect. The house is very well appointed and well equipped. Lots of shaded areas to hang out together and relax. The location was superb, just a 10 minute walk to shops, restaurants and the local market. Had a few electrical hiccups the first couple of days, however, Michael was super responsive and we were very well taken care of. Would highly recommend this home.

A wonderful home and location for family vacation

The villa, located between Frejus and St. Maxime, is wonderful. It has a very nice pool, 10-15 minute walk into town, and the rocky beach is only 1 block away with the sandy beaches about 10-15 minutes away. Home is modern and well-maintained. Kids could have just stayed in the house the entire vacation playing in the pool and bocce ball. The manager of the home, is very nice, speaks excellent English, very responsive, and is local who knows the area. We would definitely go back to this house on our next trip to France.

Family holiday

We had a very relaxing time in this beautiful villa . Worked well for 3 generations and everyone had their own space with the luxury of en suites to each bedroom . Air con efficient and appreciated and found it hard to drag ourselves away from the pool ! Any issues , of which there was just one , quickly dealt with by Michael who also kindly had the villa ready early , again much appreciated. If I had to look for a negative and I’m really having to hunt for something , maybe an ordinary large saucepan would be helpful as we mostly cooked for 9 each evening but other than that , extremely well equipped villa . Would be very happy to return in the future

Amazing house in a prime location.

An amazing house. Air conditioning was great. It was well into the 90s and the house was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and we made dinner there every night. Pool was great and outdoor space was spectacular. It was a short walk to the beach and many restaurants. A medium walk to the Less Issambres port where you can get a ferry to St. Tropez. Having car was helpful as you should go to grocery stores in other towns. Restaurants in the area are nice. Hosts were very helpful and responded quickly to our messages. We spent the morning out at the beach, in the town or exploring another town. Afternoons we spent at the house in the pool. We had 3 couples and each with 1 kid. Plenty of space for all of us. Would love to come back.

Family friendly maison with fabulous views

Family of 10 stayed for 2 weeks. Excellent location, family friendly, clean, everyone loved the pool. Plenty of room to speadout. Definitely needed mosquito repellant when the breezes died down. A/C kept us all cool and comfortable when inside.

Absolutely wonderful!

We stayed here with two other families and had a wonderful time. There are so many well thought out details, like the ice machine and the many places there are to lounge. Having 5 bathrooms (along with 5 bedrooms) is a total luxury too. We very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Fantastic location and lovely views

We just spent a week at this lovely home in Les Issambres and none of us wanted to leave. The house is nicely decorated and there is everything you need to cook meals at home and enjoy the beautiful views. On the other hand, if you want to go out for a meal, there are plenty of good places to find. We particularly enjoyed the close proximity to the beach (and the private pool) and many other fun locations nearby—shopping, grocery, boulangerie, etc. Great communication from the host—everything was as described and he took the time to help us with a number of questions we had, which was very kind. We are already planning our return visit!

Great villa in a great location

This is a superb villa, with ample space and nicely furnished. It has everything you need to enjoy your holiday. The kitchen is well equipped, with all the main items. We really enjoyed the outside space, sitting looking out across to the sea or around by the pool. Above we enjoyed the peacefulness of the area. Its a short walk into town where there are shops, small supermarkets, bakers butchers and also a small selection of restaurants. There are also small beaches within easy walking distance from the villa. We took the ferry to St Tropez several times - again within easy reach from the villa, which is an excellent day out. St Maxime is also nearby, for further shops etc. Cannes would be possible - but unfortunately due to the current situation we did not venture that far. The villa is managed by Michael who was extremely easy to deal with and made the whole process very simple. We had a lot of concerns travelling in the COVID crisis, but he gave us plenty of assurances with regard to the villa and also the general positive attitude being take by the local people with regard to the necessary precautions. Hopefully if our travel plans bring us back we shall return ....

Large, Well-Appointed and Well-kept Villa in a Quiet, Secluded Corner of Cote D'Azur

My partner and I visited recently in July of 2020 and thoroughly enjoyed the seclusion and views from this villa. It receives high marks from us and recommend the villa to others, specifically: - It is in a quiet area but a short walk to the shops, you may want to rent a car if you go grocery-shopping (we knew this prior to arrival but do not view it as a negative). It is also a short walk to the beach/park and the views from the villa are incredible. - The villa was very clean throughout the indoors and outdoors, including the pool, and well-appointed with just about everything that you need. - Michael was very accommodating and quick to respond to any queries. - One of the only things we would have changed is that the bed mattresses are rather hard/stiff, but this is a matter of personal preference.

Better than expected

We faced a trouble with HomeAway's rival cancelling our booking some 36 hrs before the flight therefore booked this property on a short notice - some 24 hrs before arrival. Having in hand 7 air tickets we had no time to chose any more therefore 'shot from the hip' expecting 'que sera - sera'. Nice surprise: very nice property - convenient, well maintained and very well equipped with house-hold appliances (incl., above usual things, ice generator, extra wine fridge, etc. - all in perfect working condition), plentiful tableware incl. wine, champagne glasses and cutlery (enough for a company 3 times bigger than ours) - well above expectations based on previous experiences. Kitchen is sufficient for 2-3 people to cook together. Terrace with table for 10 pers. is sheltered from wind, allowing to have all meals there. My elderly parents who mostly stayed in while we were somewhere, were able to enjoy the pool. Location is nice - some 200 m from the sea and main street. Bakeries, stores and restaurants are in walking distance (or 3-5 minutes drive). The beach is in walking distance as well, and the next one - wider and less crowded - in adjacent village La Garonette - 5-7 minutes drive. When it is about holidays in Cote d'Azur next time, will definitely consider this house.

2nd time to this amazing place with stunning views...

Fantastic family villa with stunning views, relaxation areas, walkable to town, close to beach clubs and for those who want it - Sainte-Maxime and St Tropez a short drive/ferry away. We stayed here the previous year, and the family loved it. We made some suggested improvements, all of which were implemented for this year. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Stunning views and spacious modern home!

Our family loved our stay at this villa. We have 3 young children including a toddler who all had a great time. The sea views on the veranda outside the lounge and kitchen area are stunning, and the villa gardens are well looked after making it a very pleasant environment. The pool itself is fully gated, which is great for child safety. And the pool has a reasonable sized shallow area (approximate 1 foot deep) where our toddler could splash about happily. There was also a diving board, which our older children loved. The villa is a 10-15 minute walk from Les Issambres where there are a few bars, restaurants, pizzeria, bakery, local supermarket and ice cream shops. You are spoiled for choice for local beach clubs - our favourite was Le Plage 44. Sainte-Maxime is a 15-20 drive away and there are ferries to St Tropez from Les Issambres and Sainte-Maxime. We made a few practical suggestions to the owner for future visitors, which they agreed to implement. Overall a fantastic villa!

Excellent villa and location

The villa is modern, large and well appointed, with plenty of quality room indoors and outdoors. It comfortably managed our family of 6. Dining on the terrace overlooking the large pool and the sea was a pleasure. Only a few blocks down to the local shopping centre that had everything we needed, from restaurants to supermarkets. Michael was extremely professional in managing our booking and communicating everything we needed to know. Thoroughly recommended.

Schönes Haus mit nähe zum Strand

Im allgemeinen ist es ein sehr schönes Haus mit schönem Ausblick und einem super Pool. Allerdings sollte mal in die Einrichtung investiert werden, wie zum Beispiel die Liegen am Pool. Des weiteren müsste etwas gründlicher geputzt werden bevor neue Gäste anreisen. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Wir haben die 10 Tage Urlaub - obwohl das Wetter nicht optimal war - sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, super sauber und hat eine perfekte Lage. Die Betreuung vor Ort war ebenfalls sehr gut. Fragen wurden sehr schnell beantwortet, die Übergaben waren absolut unkompliziert und wir kommen gerne wieder. Magnifique villa très bien située et équipée

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La maison est très bien située dans un quartier calme avec une vue incroyable sur la mer et le lever du soleil. Elle est très spacieuse et cocooning. Il est très appréciable d'avoir une salle de bains par chambre. Elle contient tous les équipements nécessaires (ustensiles de cuisine, vaisselle, jeux de société, grande télévision avec Netflix, Wifi, baby-foot, terrain de pétanques, piscine, hammam, sauna...) Mickaël a été très disponible pour chacune de nos interrogations.

Super Urlaub mit der Familie

Wir sind als Familie (alle Erwachsen) mit Partnern verreist und haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa sehr genossen! Wir würden jederzeit wieder die Villa für einen gemeinsamen Urlaub buchen, da wir uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und eine schöne Zeit zusammen verbracht haben. Sehr gefreut hat uns die gut ausgestattete Küche, da wir hauptsächlich selbst gekocht und in der Villa gegessen haben. Das einzige, was man bedenken muss, ist, dass es recht lange dauert, die umliegenden größeren Ortschaften zu besuchen. Les Issambres selbst ist sehr klein, wer gerne in eine Stadt fahren und ein bisschen bummeln möchte, muss dafür etwas extra Zeit einplanen.
