The front desk staff was very friendly and courteous. This hotel needs a makeover with the bathrooms. The shower/tub was so pitted and looked dirty but may have only been so old - not sure. I was there for one night and was glad I didn’t have to use it

Room was great, very clean, no issues there. Staff was very friendly and helpful. This hotel is in a phenomenal location, and despite being so close to the freeway I really didn’t hear hardly anything. Didn’t check out the amenities outside the room but I’d be willing to bet they were absolutely fine. Most places in San Clemente are so old and outdated, so the modern tv and microwave/mini fridge in room, were nice additions. Highly recommend the stay

Check in is a 4PM, unless you pay them of course. This is how the experience started and it definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. Speaking of bad tastes, the room is deodorized with Some sort of air freshener and/or fragrance that was so overwhelming I had to leave the windows open most of the night. Finally, they charged my credit card three times even though I prepaid through hotels.com. Bottom line, this is not the place for me.

Came up from San Diego to stay the night in one of our favorite beach towns. Hotel is awesome, perfectly located and extremely clean. I highly recommend upgrading to the ocean view with balcony it was awesome. Will stay here going forward.
