Das Personal ist einzigartig. Vom Portier (Khodarahm) über die Rezeption zur Facility Crew waren alle einzigartig und auf unser Wohlbefinden fokussiert. Nazhifa beim erobert Herzen im Flug!

Good location for the first timer in Dubai. Nice hotel with spacious room facing Burj Khalifa. Yes, maybe not the most modern, but still very nice. EXCELLENT service! The whole staff, every one of them, from the first moment to the last and especially in the Horizon Executive lounge. We really felt ourselves welcome.
