Off an 11 hour flight check in team were amazing, swift and cognisant of the long flight. Room was incredible, lots of space and very clean. Post room bar staff were amazing, so friendly and knowledgeable about San Fran as well as interested in our trip and plans. Easy to get anywhere you want to go in SF and a very relaxing city stay.
