Hôtel proche de l’aéroport, parking souterrain pratique pour garer son véhicule de location. Réception très belle. Peu de vent et température à 28 degrés au début juillet. Chambre au top (Inutile de prendre front mer avec piscine privée, car exposée au vent et vite à l’ombre) prenez chambre sur l’extérieur car moins bruyante que dans la cour. Buffet au top ! À 20 minutes de playa del america (fortes animations et plein de shopping) Quelques restos et commerces autour de l’hôtel. N’hésitez pas à louer une voiture (beaucoup d’activités à faire) Belles balades à faire le long de la côte au sud de l’hôtel (plages volcaniques incroyables), mais impossible de se baigner car trop de vagues. Piscine splendides, toutes chauffées même pour enfants (2 toboggans) contrôle efficace par gardiens. Animation boum, boum, et moyen (basket dans l’eau, water-polo, mini club pour petit) spectacle au bord de piscine coloré et sympa, billard et salle de jeux vidéos cool. Spectacle dedans un peu cher pour ce que c’est. Les 3 restos avec all inclusives sont bien (mais faut tout réserver à l’avance. Dans l’ensemble c’est un des meilleurs hôtel qualité-prix ! A recommander !!

Das Personal war unfreundlich und wir mussten zum Teil sehr lange warten beim Frühstück für einen Tisch. Die Hotelanlage ist für Familien super. Auch das Essen war gut und das Buffet wurde immer sehr schön angerichtet.

Rooms were very clean, spacious and comfy. Pools were great, but the flooring around the pool was slippery and dangerous, saw many people fall. Buffet was average, repetitive food choices. The app that allows you to book allocated a la Carte and entertainment shows crashed, therefore rubbish meal times. A la Carte restaurants were great, but rarely even half full so not really any sense of atmosphere. Sports and Lobby bars both good. Staff not brilliant and trying to solve problems. Weren’t able to extend room booking on day of leaving and no available showering facilities for guests. Won’t be recommending to friends.
