There are a lot of stairs and no elevator as you are on the caldera. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. View was amazing! Breakfast was included for us and it was fabulous!

Everything about our stay here was perfect. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, the amenities were outstanding, and our room itself was a dream. The staff were also so kind and always helping us with anything we needed. Sofia was amazing in providing useful information at all times and being so thoughtful throughout our stay. Simone is the amazing girl ever with full energy and always ready to help the guests, she is very unique in this property. The rest excellent service, walking distance to the best areas excellent breakfast, clean and beautiful view.

Stayed at On the Cliff in the off season so most shops and restaurants were closed but there are many all around the property. The location was very convenient to town, about a two minute walk. The view is absolutely unbelievable! And breakfast is served in your room and is very good. Would have given 5 stars but the comforter looked dirty and had cigarette burns in it and the room had a tv that didn’t work. Also, there isn’t a reception area if you need help with anything, although we really didn’t need them during our two nights.

The property took our money. The island was under a state of emergency and we were concerned about the earthquakes and attempted to cancel a week prior and they refused. We did did not stay there. Very poor business practice and should be ashamed of themselves for outright taking peoples money under those conditions. Horrible.

We love Simona!

Simona was an amazing host! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. She was really accommodating. Trying to find activities to do during our off season. Checking in and check out was so easy with her. We love Simona, she made our first time in Santorini the best! Would love to book a room at this hotel again when we visit in the summer!

Everything about this property is great! Enjoyed watching the sun set from the hot tub. Simona was extremely helpful and kind during our stay. Allowed us to check in early and even gave us a room upgrade. Would stay here again

The hotel is at great location, views are great, close to every thing. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, the breakfast is good! The staffs are very friendly and very helpful.
