Firstly the location was excellent. We walked everywhere and the maximum walking time for us to get somewhere was 15 minutes. Other than that the staff was outstanding, helped us with everything we needed and they never fail to put a smile on our faces. The rooms and the hotel was really clean and modern. The terrace bar was astonishing with the views of the Cathedral. Overall it was a pleasure for us to stay there and would definitely recommend it to anyone who’s going to Seville.

A great hotel in a fabulous location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Most of the staff were excellent and very helpful and friendly. A small criticism would be on the breakfast, which is quite moderate in terms of range and quality. But we would certainly stay here again.

This is a wonderful place to stay for several reasons. Close to everything, the staff is wonderful, friendly and professional. They give you all kinds of advice when you check in so you maximize your time here in Sevilla. The included breakfast is amazing, the view from the rooftop bar of the cathedral is fantastic and the onsite restaurants are just as good

location is second to none and staff lovely. But the hotel layout is disjointed due to it's conversion from several buildings and therefore many rooms are dark and ours had no windows making it feel claustrophobic.

The stairs is dangerous due to lack of lighting and there was no hand rail. There was a construction going on during the operation. The rooms are not very clean. The breakfast buffet was over priced for the foods they served.

You will love the location of this hotel. Nice pool with the view of the cathedral. Very friendly staff. Rooms are small which are expected in the old town, but everything was clean and comfortable.
