Booked a double bed on the high floor. It was beautiful ( the view) but it was my first time there, and I did not know there was no parking for the hotel. We parked 2 blocks away and grabbed a ticket for 24hr at the parking area for $30. Well I decided to leave and get food, needless to say because I was leaving they made me pay $10 to leave. Should've just got a 24hr pass from the hotel which was $40. Now the room, like I said the view was beautiful, wish I could see the arch tho😞 but when I decided to use the bathroom there was hair everywhere smh. I just cleaned it up sadly. Also don't drink the dollar tree waters they cost 3$ if ur not a member. And "room service" well there isn't one, at least not like the other Hyatt's I stayed in. But overall I give it 3/10 l. Again this is my OPINION from hotels I've been in.

Great view of the arch, great location and interactions with staff were all positive, room cleanliness good with the exception of some surfaces that clearly had not been wiped down (drink rings on nightstands, etc…), beds are hard and given 4 1/2 pillows for king sized bed
