The property is very photogenic and was decorated very modern in pictures. We expected 5 star based on pictures and description but experienced 3 start in reality due to management.- we were unable to use the hot tub for 2 evenings because the water level of the hot tub prevented the water to reach temp. We informed and response was slow.- there was clicking in the master bed heater that was loud enough that one of our ppl chose to sleep on the downstairs couch for 3 of 4 nights.- the couch was so dirty that we chose to cover the couches with towels- the fireplace glass door (right side) had a missing screw and almost came crashing down when I adjusted the fire logs. Luckily my sister was next to me and caught the hot glass with a towelWhen I related the information to the management company, they were apologetic but didn't really show a sense of urgency to fix. We made the best of it trying not to ruin the family trip. I'm just happy that the hot glass from the fireplace didn't hurt anyone - particularly the toddler in our group.Nice location. Price did not match quality and expectations.
If you are already familiar with Teton Villiage then you know these condominiums are in tight formation with little green space or privacy. While total privacy is impossible in this situation, this property may be an exception. While your neighbors back facing lawns offer no privacy here, it still has potentially more privacy with the undeveloped hillside behind. The hillside is quite lovely along a short rock wall, small lawn, and well equipped patio. The hot tub is large and it is cleaned twice a week which is a nice touch.
The condominium was spotless and the kitchen was nicely ordered and well equipped with just about any cooking pan, dish, etc you might require. It is very spacious for a large group to have a great time.
I donât what the experience is like in the winter and I donât know if there is skiing activity behind this property.
Parking is excellent and the garage includes a charger for an EV.
The Tetons are breath taking and Jackson Hole is fun and that is why we visit. It is lovely to come home to Moose Creek 25! Five stars!
The condo was exactly as pictured and perfectly clean when we arrived. The Outpost crew was very easy to get in touch with, responsive, and helpful. The location was ideal for ski access and a short walk to Teton Village (we did not rent a car, if we went again I think we would mostly for trips into Jackson). There is a condo shuttle into Teton Village that is easy to hop on off if you don't feel like walking. All in all, a fantastic experience and we would absolutely rent this condo again if we went back.
Great location, loved the interior, great garage. Would book again.
The address comes up on Google incorrectly and too us to the wrong address but no issues finding it. Loved the townhome. Warm and so nice inside. It was perfect. Nice beds, nice tvs. We really enjoyed our stay.
Home was incredibly clean minus a few sticks in the hot tub which didnt stop me. Well furnished and decorated beautifully. Very quiet neighborhood with foxes and mule deer walking through the yard. Way more room than my wife and i could ever need. Would definitely stay again.
This was an awesome rental for us. The unit was just as pictured.. and had everything we needed. The decor was rustic/modern with a great vibe. The king size bed was very comfortable.. we slept great which is ways a concern for us in rentals. The heat kept us warm and we really enjoyed the stay. They even had left us with free doughnuts and coffee upon arrival. We would def stay here again!
