Very typical japanese room, slightly larger than most. Staff were very attentive and the the room was cleaned to a gigh standard every day
Great hotel located in a convenient area. Several restaurants around the the hotel open late at night. It was also just a few minutes walk to the nearest metro station. The standard hotel room was very clean and modern. However, even for 2 people it was on the smaller side. It was difficult to open 2 checked-size luggage in the room. Otherwise, it was a good stay and staff was friendly too.

Decent room but small, typical Tokyo. No view, little natural and not enough artificial light. Bed is comfortable, bathroom OK with the usual sink in the living area. Breakfast was good but room is small and serves all floors in two towers. So get there early or you may have to wait. Good Akasaka location, staff are nice with decent English.
Breakfast was not worth heading to the package deal.
Rooms were very small. You mean staff was not as helpful as day staff.
Location was great though very central to all of Tokyo’s wards.
Location was amazing, 5 minute walk from a subway station and we could get to any major tourist area in Tokyo within 15-30 minutes. Was also nice to return to a quieter area at night as opposed to staying in Shibuya. There were loads of restaurants and coffee shops around but unfortunately we couldn’t try them as a lot was closed for the new year holiday. In terms of the hotel, the room was clean and quiet, but super tiny. This was our first time staying in Tokyo and from other reviews I’ve read this seems the standard. My husband and I just laughed it off and went with it, only using the hotel as a place to drop off the stuff we bought and to sleep. Would totally book again!
Great service, but could not go into the spa hot tub because of my tattoos , could not sleep because bed and pillow to hard, and walls are thin and you can hear conversation and loud noises from others at 2am .
Quite possibly the highlight of the trip was the hotel. Excellent breakfast everyday with rotating menu and finishing off the day with the bathhouse. House keeping was efficient and on top of their work everyday.
A great, centrally located hotel. It's literally well connected by trains, its got restaurants nearby, shops, anything. Free coffee in the lobby. The public baths are a great addition too!
The rooms are a bit smaller than what they seem in the pictures, and the bathrooms are a bit outdated.
