The location of this hotel is perfect, you’re right in the heart of everything, with shops, restaurants, and transport all within easy reach. Like many hotels in Japan, the room can feel a bit compact, especially if you have large luggage, as there isn’t much space to open your suitcases comfortably. The staff were genuinely amazing and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. Every time I had a question or needed assistance, they went out of their way to make sure everything was sorted quickly. The only downside was the Wi-Fi, which was unfortunately the weakest connection I experienced during my entire trip, hardly works. If you plan to stay here, I’d recommend ensuring you have mobile data ready, especially if you rely on a stable internet connection.

Clean rooms, very kind English speaking staff, 10 minute walk from Shibuya station. Only downside was the area near hotel was a bunch of dirty, sketchy alleyways with what seemed to be a bunch of cheap s€x hotels

Place was in a great location, close to don quijote and subway stations. The pillows though are hard like rocks. Literally rocks in them.

The broken garbage bags and filth from the bar across the street from the hotel were strewn everywhere, including the entryway to the Shibuya Hotel En. The stench was there as you entered. Other clients entered the hotel yelling and bumping walls from their clubbing and drinking until 4 AM. However, those greeting at the desk were courteous, kind, and helpful.

Everything was great, the room was a bit smaller than I anticipated but other than that it was a great room. Only stayed for 2 nights, the second day there, we were given a new set of towels that were left on our door since we didn’t request a cleanup. Everything was clean, the shampoo and body wash were great and had such a relaxing smell. They even provided with a room spray which again it had such a good and relaxing smell. I only saw 1 flaw and that’s honestly inevitable when you’re in Japan as it’s very humid here. But the restrooms have blinds and I saw a bit of mold on the cord of the blinds. Other than that everything was great, staff was easy to communicate with, I even got a call about 30 min before midnight making sure I was still going to check in. I would definitely come back! Ohh aaannddd it’s right in the middle of EVERYTHING!! Mega donquijote was walking distance, shibuya crosswalk was walking distance too

The hotel is in a great location. 7 minute walk to the train station and lots of restaurants. The bathroom had glass walls but they did have blinds you could pull down. The hotel staff were happy to look after our bags on check out.
