That was the worst hotel on all my japan trips so far.
I booked two non-smoking rooms because i have an alergic to the smoke of cigaretts.
What did we get: two smoking rooms.
But lets start with the check-in:
There are a lot of people and a lot of computers where you should do your checkin. My name (even in the passport) has a special character "ü" included. on the touchscreen is no "ü" and if you type the name with "ue" .. it doesen't find the reservation.
So some friendly staff helped to get us two QR-Codes to do the checkin.
After the checkin, both rooms were nearby - i like that - but as mentioned earlier: it was two smoking rooms.
For my friend was it OK - but for myself not. The staff helped out so i got a new non-smoking room.
the room:
Well: Aircondition is on 25°C and it is on "heating-mode", which is central administrated. It was soooo hot in that room and on the floor, that i could start smelting.
Also there was no fresh air inside the room.
Surprisingly you can not open a window.
the interieur in the room fells like from 1980's and is hardly rocked down. Everything has scratches and so on. Bed was surprisingly good but the room is very dark - compared to the shiny photoshop images.
Inside the hotel is on 2F an Lawsson convinient store. Arround the hotel is also a 7Eleven, Lawson. As a restaurant i would recommend the Saizeriya - never got so many good food for that little money.
