Flight was cancelled, call and they would issue a credit for the day not stayed, got back and they denied it. No hot water, power went out only on our floor, water leak not fixed, reported and zero done about it. No escalators on site as posted, 2 dinings open,out of 9 listed the main one we wanted to go to, Seafood was closed for remodel. all buffet style but the French/open only 1 day and no kids allowed. No formal open. misleading information. guests blaring there music over the top of the resorts speaker and zero done. NOT informed of all our package included, the places ect we were allowed to go. Entertainment was nothing special. Room Service food was aweful. Cold and just blah. Very limited to order from. Dont book there excurtions, they do not tell you the correct information, pick up time was wrong, we had to pay 170.00 cash to get back to the hotel. Told us the wrong place to be for the dolphins so had to pay additional to do it. Workers at the dolphins said the resort does it all the time. No language barrrier, daughter-in law first language is Spanish. Just all around horrible experience. If you have a walking issue dont stay at this resort. Horrible dishonest facility.

Terrible Beach Full of Sargassum! Do Not Recommend

The beach at this resort was extremely disappointing. It was completely covered in sargassum/seaweed, with about 8 feet to get through before reaching the water. Disgusting. Since the resort doesn’t make an effort to clean it up, the entire area had a strong, unpleasant smell—similar to rotten eggs. I understand sargassum/ seaweed can’t be controlled and it’s not the resorts fault. However, all the resorts I’ve stayed at clean up the sargassum to ensure guest can enjoy the beach. Not this resort, they do not maintain their beach. Very disappointing. My main reason for visiting was to explore their wedding venues, as I was seriously considering hosting my wedding here. Unfortunately, after this experience, I’ve decided against it. On a positive note, the customer service is excellent. However, the rooms are very outdated, and the hallways and elevators give off a neglected, almost eerie vibe. The accommodations are badly in need of renovation. Overall, I do not recommend this resort. For reference, it is about 1.5 hours from Cancun airport

The resort in itself was beautiful. Very simple and beautiful resort. The people that answer the phones for room service were not really nice. We have a 3 month old baby and considering the water conditions in Mexico and its inability to drink, we had to keep calling every few hours to get a tea kettle of hot water for her bottles. They’d take a long to time answer. And when they would answer they would be irritated that we’re asking for hot water and would tell us to use our coffee maker for hot water. And they wouldn’t give us a kettle for our room as they said it’s not allowed. Also I love the greenery in the resort but the mosquitos ate me and my family up in the resort. Our room always had mosquitos and we’d wake up with new bites everyday. And the raccoons were EVERYWHERE. The iguanas I can deal with. But the raccoons. They terrified me. They were even in front of my suite door. Lastly, the food wasn’t the best but it was ok. As someone who doesn’t eat pork, it was truly not friendly for me. I’d tell the people I don’t eat pork and they’d cook food for me on top of the grill that they just cooked pork on. I might come back one more time to see if it’s any better improvements.

I loved this resort. It’s everything you can ask for in a resort. Staff are very friendly and understanding. Even on rainy days the staff make the resort fun by the entertainment team which entertainment is 10/10 by the way. No issues food was great. Spa was great.
