Flight was cancelled, call and they would issue a credit for the day not stayed, got back and they denied it. No hot water, power went out only on our floor, water leak not fixed, reported and zero done about it. No escalators on site as posted, 2 dinings open,out of 9 listed the main one we wanted to go to, Seafood was closed for remodel. all buffet style but the French/open only 1 day and no kids allowed. No formal open. misleading information. guests blaring there music over the top of the resorts speaker and zero done. NOT informed of all our package included, the places ect we were allowed to go. Entertainment was nothing special. Room Service food was aweful. Cold and just blah. Very limited to order from. Dont book there excurtions, they do not tell you the correct information, pick up time was wrong, we had to pay 170.00 cash to get back to the hotel. Told us the wrong place to be for the dolphins so had to pay additional to do it. Workers at the dolphins said the resort does it all the time. No language barrrier, daughter-in law first language is Spanish. Just all around horrible experience. If you have a walking issue dont stay at this resort. Horrible dishonest facility.
