It was a very lovely, convenient and budget-friendly stay at Hotel Rössli. It is just a few minute walk to the Interlaken West station, and there was a nearby grocery store. Everything is very walkable so even getting to Interlaken OST felt very close/convenient. The room had all the basic amenities and felt pretty spacious. I had a pretty nice town/mountain view from my window. The shared washrooms were very clean and a low number of guests share one washroom. The front desk was very helpful and friendly and was able to help me pre-book tickets to Grindelwald First. The breakfast had alot of variety, including two diff egg dishes, cured meats, bread, fruit, and juices. The tea/coffee and hot water and microwave are always available to use in the lounge. There is also a large fridge for guests to use to put their groceries in. The only factor I didn't like was that the walls were pretty thin and I could hear my neighbor talk/move - but otherwise every guest was very respectful and mostly quiet. This is definitely a great place to stay as a solo traveler.

The staff was tremendous. Made us feel very welcomed and were extremely friendly/helpful. My wife felt like she walked into a TV show, like Friends. We loved the location. Convenient to shopping and transportation (they provided free local bus tickets). The hotel itself had a ton of charm & character. It felt very authentic.

The staff were absolutely amazing, to offering drink for my birthday to forwarding on a package we left behind with no fuss at all. Would highly recommend, great little place on the old area of town. Our room was tiny but had a en-suite and we only slept in it, so was sufficient for our needs. Appreciated the hospitality and thanks again for your help.

The hotel says they have air conditioning but they DO NOT! The bathrooms are tiny and the hotel keeps it very warm inside. Breakfast was very nice!

Great location and value!

I stayed for 3 nights and had a lovely time. I had a balcony on the side of the hotel that offered a lovely view of the Jungfrau, and I loved sitting out there at night with a cup of tea from the kitchen downstairs. It was also peaceful to sit out there while it rained; there’s an awning that you can unfurl to stay dry. The kitchen was also very convenient - there was free coffee and tea available all day. My first night was very quiet but my second and third nights I must have had a neighbor in the next room, which revealed that the walls are pretty thin, but I used a white noise app on my phone and slept fine both nights.

We had a memorable stay at rossli hotel in interlaken. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the interlaken west train station. Jean- louis is very accomodating and kind, he makes sure that we were taken care of. What an amazing experience.
