Loved the hotel and the staff. Breakfast buffet was good. Booked the junior suite room with balcony / terrace which was private but the balcony had no view as it was surrounded by high walls . The room was lovely and spacious , but mildly disappointing only because I had booked the roof top junior suite with terrace, which did provide a view. I did not not mention it to the hotel staff , because they were all so welcoming and lovely and the room did provide all the facilities we required. Silvie was very helpful , and provided us with lots of tips and how to navigate our way around Venice. Would absolutely recommend this Hotel to anyone who has no mobility issues , purely because there are no lifts , and stairs on entering the property to reach reception and rooms, but this is highlighted in the hotel description. We arrived after the check in times and we were provided very clear instructions prior to travelling regarding details on how to access the property on arrival and where we would locate our room keys. Everything was done to make the process so easy. We absolutely loved our stay and Venice too !

Nice Stay away from the crowd

This B&B, although off the beaten path, is very quaint and has a very nice decor. The owners were pleasant and accommodating however our A/C unit was not functioning properly. The owner did acknowledge this and addressed it immediately. Attic dwelling in the intense summer heat with clay terra cotta shingles makes for a very uncomfortable stay. The breakfast was warm and well stocked, but our shower door access was just wide enough, about 10" in width to squeeze into and this made showering difficult. You can tell that the owners are attentive and have made a nice retreat away from the beaten path and worth inquiring.

We had a great time from the moment we checked in. The staff was attentive to all our needs. The hotel is in a great location. We came in via the train and the hotel was in a perfect location. Breakfast was amazing. I would recommend this hotel for anybody that stays in the heart of Venice.
