Amazing place to stay for a week in Victoria with two kids under 4. Great pool, koi pond where kids can feed the fish, suite style rooms and even s’mores on the rooftop! The staff were so helpful and even booked our whale watching trip for us. And the hotel is about a ten minute walk to the harbour, and a straight shot to the highway, which made sightseeing easy. Only downside was no room service available, which was only really a challenge that first night when we just wanted a beer and easy food delivery. But no big deal. I would 100% stay here again and recommend to anyone, especially families with little kids.

I loved the vibe of this property! Rooms were clean and impressive. I loved that we were able to walk and explore what Victoria has to offer from our hotel. This was a top spot on our 10 day trip!

It was amazing. The front desk lady (unfortunately I did not get her name) was AWESOME. She welcomed us and recommended us some places to visit. In addition, she gave us list of restaurants that we could visit. They were super helpful. Finally, They let us borrow bicycles to ride around town.

I loved the location and the grand entrance with water features. The large suite was incredible with two fireplace settings and a large tub. Problem: this hotel does not have central A/C. The management recomended to leave the windows open. The street noise from a dowtown location was too much with the windows open to sleep well. I would definitely return in the winter months however, Victoria summers can be quite warm. I recommend this hotel in the winter months, but not during the summer.
