When we checked in at that time they are doing some renovations and construction. But the room is clean although quite small. I love the free coffee and teas. I love that it is just stone away from the main train station in Vienna

No WiFi…. They said coz I have IPhone 16 but I also have IPhone 11 and WiFi didn’t worked. Horrible!!! Staff were ok. Doing construction works so you can hear banging in the morning. No gym, no restaurants as what they advertised online. Coffee is free and hot water. Will never booked to that place again. Company is changing the name.

The location is good, hotel seems rebranding so still different brand at the hotel which make us a bit confused and wasted some of our time to find it ,staff are cool and helpful ,internet wasnt working :(

Dated bathroom, not clean shower

Disappointed to learn on check in that there is no breakfast due to bar renovations. Not advised about this on booking. Free use of hot drinks machine offered in lieu not sufficient. Bedroom seemed clean and nice enough. Pillows were poor and well past best. Had to request additional from reception which they were happy to assist with Duvet didn’t seem large enough for size of the double bed. Bathroom was very dated. Shower head bracket broke so wouldn’t stay in position. Shower tray, tiles and enclosure not fully clean

I didn’t like the service at all, the hotel lobby is renovating at the moment and unable to use, one lift and gym is out of order with no repair date, reception was not helpful, I had to push them to do anything. Wifi drops out frequently. Otherwise the hotel is clean and large, 3 minutes walk from the main station.

Communication Breakdown.

Not a bad hotel. Friendly staff, especially when it came round to breakfast. We had paid for breakfast for every day that we were there but found out that the restaurant was closed for refurb. This was not shown when we booked. Apparently, it had been known for a while but Hotels.com were still advertising it. The staff refunded straight away without being asked, which they didn't have to do but they said that I would have to wait a while if we requested the refund from Hotels.com. This meant that we did not have the sort of breakfast that we were hoping for whilst we were there. Communication appears to have been a big issue here. There was a coffee point on each floor of the hotel but no kettle. Fortunately, we took out own so there was no issue.

This is a great hotel close to all transport methods into the centre. It is also walkable if you want to see all the main attractions on the way to the centre. The staff were friendly and polite. We were able to checkin early as our room was ready. On our check out day we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel while we went sightseeing again.

It is a good hotel. But at the time of my visit (Nov 2024) it was being renovated. Lobby was closed and there was no breakfast at the hotel. I wanted to have friends visit me in the hotel but lobby was closed. Lack of breakfast on-site made it a little inconvenient but there are good options nearby if you are not in a hurry.
