The room is sparkling clean and the bed, pillows and linens are very comfortable. Had a good night's sleep. The breakfast was excellent, lots of choices, and the staff are very helpful and accommodating. There is free public transportation available to go around the city if you register with the hotel. Very clean, nice staff, breakfast good fresh continental breakfast. Loads of options. Shops for snacks etc nearby. The area is a bit shabby, but it is ok, felt safe to me. Lots of transport connections. 1 stop U bahn to station 4 stops to city centre.

The Hotel and staff are great... Close to the Subway which is great, but the subway closes at 12 Sun-Thurs... Not the Hotel's issue. Parking is great, close by and safe. Hotel Caroline is excellent for it's price range. I thank the staff

It’s a very good hotel and the receptionist is wonderful! The location is ok and you can take U1 by walking 5 min. I requested for a quiet room and was very good. Breakfast is good and it’s a good bargain.
