We had an issue with a cloged drain at shower, we reported, and since was on weekend, there was no personnel to fix it, the hotel was full, no instant room change, they offer a change but the hour was not appropiate for us to return to got change. In addition a hold on the credit card was requested even when we had the rooms prepaid, so I"ll start the proces to the claim, because the expence is already on the card even when I was told the charge will be no executed.

we wished the area was better lit, it felt unsafe walking there at night. The hotel also felt like a maze with limited signs to show you the way, some of the motion sensor lights were slow in the hallways. Our stay was ok as we only stayed 1 night. Will recommend for young travelers looking to save some money and groups but not so much for families or single females.

Perfect option with great accessibility

This is not my first time choosing this hotel. It’s conveniently close to the airport, with plenty of street parking available (free on weekends) and excellent metro connections for reaching the old town quickly. The breakfast is simple but good, and the rooms are minimalistic yet comfortable.

Far from anything interesting Extremely basic room No hairdryer or kettle in the room and very strict policy for borrowing a dryer or asking for a cup of water Just a hostel like room Bed, towel, soap and plastic stool are all you get in the room NO LUGGAGE STORAGE FACILITY AT ALL Wi-Fi works fine and is included in the room Very noisy area at night Reception staff speak very good English and are friendly but the check in was very slow

First time at this hotel and it was conveniently located near the U3 for easy transportation into the city center. The bed was comfy and the room had the bare basics. The only draw back was the lack of any surface other than the floor or bed for luggage. Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was very clean. Recommend for those wanting a safe place to stay for a reasonable price.

Quarto grande, confortável e limpo. Mercados perto. Recepção não muito simpática (como a maior parte das pessoas em Viena). Apesar de não ser um serviço oferecido, acho que eles poderiam ser flexíveis quanto a guardar as malas - a maioria dos Ibis que me hospedei (se não todos) permite guardar as malas até o check in.
