Good location convenient for accessing the train and tram to move around the city; walkable to Belvedere palace which was great Service is appalling. The receptionists have so much attitude and don’t really help.

The breakfast area was very dirty , tables were not cleaned and the food was not restocked. This was 30 minutes before 11 am. I had to clean my own table and sit. Many food stations were empty. Dirt on the floor as well. Very disappointed. Rooms were clean and fine.
