Nice hotel with close proximity to train station. Just be aware many things close around this hotel early. If that’s no problem, this is the place for you.

I liked the location of this hotel, main train station was 1 minute walk. I didn't like the rooms , they are all the same sizewise , most of them dont have refrigerator or minibars, those that have the hotel will charge you way more because they will call it executive room. Is a rip off when it comes to the room price. The hotel is very modern with spa, sauna , the breakfast was very good with a lot of varieties,.

The room was clean, bed comfortable and the location fantastic for travelling into the Centre as well as airport and other transport links such as Bratislava. My only negative is the room was incredibly hot with no real air con.

Very good hotel just across the railway station

The only disappointing aspect was the overpriced bar. A simple cup of hot water with a tea bag cost nearly 5 EUR, which I find completely unjustified for a hotel of this standard. Other than that, everything was impeccable! Novotel Wien Hauptbahnhof offers modern, clean, and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and an excellent location right next to the main train station. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding – varied, fresh, and of exceptional quality. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Vienna.

rooms could have been bigger ... they could have provided a chair and a fridge at-least. there was a leak from the bath / shower onto bathroom floor. there was not enough soap in the fixed soap dispenser.
