Beautiful property, well maintained and everything we needed and now for a family of 6 with 4 teenagers. Beach supplies was a really nice touch, the teens lived tbe boogie boards

Relaxing beautiful location!

Check in was seamless. We ended up adding an extra night and they were easy to comminate with. The sunset from the balcony was amazing! All rooms were well stocked and they had lots of fun games for us to play at night. So many beach supplies and easy access to grocery store. Golfed on the last day and it was perfect! The course is fun and even had rentals for left handed women! Thank you for this amazing place... and don't stress about no AC, cooled down wonderfully at night.

Wonderful Accommodations

We enjoyed early mornings on the lanai watching the golfers and birds. There were plenty of dishes and flatware to have our whole family over for a couple meals. Overall the condo was very comfortable and with the cross draft was surprisingly cool.

Big Island Stay

Our visit to the Big Island was great. The place was super. We had only one suggestion and that was to do a quick clean before new arrivals. It felt like the dust and floor grit was just because the place may have been empty for a while before we arrived. One other suggestion provide a swiffer or some floor mop for the patio. This condo was perfect for 3 adults and 2 kids. Clean and easy to check in. The perfect location to many beaches and golf. Golf at a discounted rate was wonderful. Able to walk to golf restaurant and club house.

Lovely Waikola

Fantastic 3 bedroom condo! All details were thoughtfully included from cookies to boogie boards. Exceptionally clean. Morning coffee and happy hour cocktails on the lanai overlooking the golf course and ocean were definitely highlights!

Wonderful; loved loved it, coming from a picky person!!

Loved the amenities, toys in closets, beach gear, lots of towels, the views was so relaxing, SO many birds, turkeys were neat, really friendly neighborhood, there IS a dishwasher here, loved that, A+ to cleaning crew, very nice upgrades, with plans to do more ( met handy man) everything was top notch, pool is really warm , as well as hot tub, community lap pool was a bonus. Overall, very sad to be writing this review all checked out. Looking forward to the next trip with VRBO !

Great Accommodations. Lots of space

The condo was clean and spacious. The deck was relaxing with a view of the golf course and ocean. Beautiful sunsets. The location was a little out of town but not too far. We enjoyed the community pool and jacuzzi also. The neighbors were nice. My 17 and 18 year old girls loved the loft bedroom and having their own bathroom. The kitchen and bathrooms could use a little updating but the pictures are accurate and everything was clean. No a/c but it was fine with all the fans. We were really happy and comfortable here. And the host was quick to respond when I texted with questions.

Family reunion on Big Island

Condo was nicer than expected, I did not realize there were 3 full bathrooms and an ocean view!! It was lovely to sit outside and watch sunset. Also the community pool was right around the corner. There did seem to be some issue regulating temp of pool and hot tub but that is not controlled by owner. We did have one minor issue that was immediately resolved with a quick phone call. All appliances worked, kitchen well stocked and furniture was comfortable. Would stay here again.

Great stay!

Great time staying at this unit. The unit was everything we had hoped for. Fully stocked kitchen, lots of towels and beach gear, and a lovely lanai. There was no AC and the fans were kind of loud, but we just opened the windows and everything was fine. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Escape!

Beautiful view. Plenty of room for 5 adults. Loft is much more private than expected. We loved being very central to most places on the island. Beautiful beaches and good snorkeling close by.

Wonderful getaway

This condo came with everything we needed and more. We had such a lovely time with our two small children and new baby. Endless fun and activities near by, and a beautiful comfortable place to come home to. All of the neighbors were kind and helpful, we quickly made friends to play with at the pool and golf buddies. We will be back!

Great place, very spacious

I was very happy with the property. The living area and rooms were larger than I thought. Nice kitchen which was important to me since we did a lot of cooking. Nice cool breezes from the north east. Beautiful view of the golf course. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall satisfied but needs updating

Property is dated; washrooms are very tiny; not properly cleaned; burnt out lights over vanity; handle on the screen door to lani was hanging off and we taped it up with some masking tape we found. the kitchen counter had large cracks on it; dining room chairs were stained. Shower heads hard to adjust and didn't spray properly. The front bedroom windows were very dirty and had not been washed for some time, We were not able to park in the lot by our unit several times because there were construction workers renovating two suites one below us and one beside us and thus had to park on the street; and also workers installing solar on the roof. Noise of installation and renovations started at 8 am. with radio blasting and construction noise. Steps coming up to the unit were very dirty and there were garbage bags and boxes sitting on the landing close to our door for several days of our 8 day stay because of the renovations next door. It is more dated and less spacious than the photos We enjoyed the pool and the view is nice it overlooks the ocean in the distance and the golf course is beside the property. The location is good ; the grounds are well kept. ample dishes, pots and pans, towels and board games and water activity accessories and a set of golf clubs. Washer and dryer in the unit worked well Our son and his wife rented a unit through Kona Coast vacations much cleaner and modern and well equipped a block from where we stayed in a gated complex with dedicated parking spots for each unit and for guests for less money than we paid. So based on that We would look for the better value if we returned.
