"Wir waren kürzlich im Hilton Nusa Dua zu Gast, um den Geburtstag meiner Schwester zu feiern, und hatten einen rundum wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Bei unserer Ankunft stellten wir zwar fest, dass sich die Balkontüren unserer Terrace Suite nicht öffnen ließen und der Ausblick leider auf eine recht laute Baustelle fiel. Doch der Service des Hotels war schlicht makellos: Noch am selben Tag wurden wir in einen ruhigeren Teil des Resorts umgezogen, erhielten ein Upgrade auf eine großzügige 1 Bedroom Suite – diesmal mit echtem Meerblick – und fühlten uns sofort rundum wohl.
Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Aufmerksamkeit und Fürsorge des Teams: Für meine Schwester wurde ein köstlicher veganer Geburtstagskuchen organisiert, und in den Restaurants wurde sie jederzeit zuverlässig und freundlich über vegane Optionen informiert – sei es durch den Koch persönlich oder durch die klare Kennzeichnung am (köstlichen) Buffet.
Auch abseits dessen überzeugt das Hilton Nusa Dua durch seine traumhafte Lage direkt am Meer, die großzügige Poollandschaft und das elegante Ambiente, das sofort Urlaubsstimmung aufkommen lässt. Sobald die benachbarte Baustelle abgeschlossen ist, dürfte alles perfekt sein – wobei schon jetzt alles dafür getan wird, dass man sich als Gast willkommen, umsorgt und wertgeschätzt fühlt.
Wir kommen immer gerne wieder, denn ein Aufenthalt im Hilton bedeutet für uns jedes Mal Erholung auf höchstem Niveau."
