They provide a shuttle every half an hour to the downtown of Lisbon, they also pick you up where they leave you in 30 minute intervals, which is nice. There are also cabs in front of the hotel at every hour of the day. There's a little kiosk next to the hotel (5 minute walk) where you can get some necessities, Lidl and a train station are also close.
