We stayed at this hotel for four nights and had a pleasant experience. The room and common areas were very clean, and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. The breakfast was fairly good. A large shopping centre connected to the hotel was a great bonus — it had everything from clothes and groceries to many restaurants and cafés. The bus stop was close by, and bus number 160 went directly to the city centre (about 40–45 minutes each way). The metro was not nearby, but overall the location was convenient.

Staff was awesome and helpful.Only 1 thing to point out room service need to stop taking riom card out of power slot everytime we came back to the room the air conditioning was off due to room card being removed. I also notice that after my 3 stay in spain at the holiday inn express Valencia was the only hotel that offered water at check in. Something I wanted to point out. Each city should offer the same servive in Barcelona and Madrid since I'm a member.
